Catherine Bamford is CEO and Founder of BamLegal, specializing in Legal Engineering. She is famous and respected in the industry for developing and establishing high performing Legal Engineering individuals and teams in major international law firms. She has over 10 years’ of experience working in the legal technology sector, specializes in automation, was named as one of the FT’s Top Ten Legal Technologists, and her clients have included Latham & Watkins, DLA Piper, Linklaters, Deloitte Legal, DWF, Pinsent Masons, Reed Smith and many more.

In addition to her professional work, Catherine shares her deep industry knowledge freely with many others, from legal professionals to students to legal tech startups. She acts as a connector to many in the market, improving collaboration between them, supports, and inspires the next generation of legal professionals through her work with students and others she mentors. Catherine is also an advocate for greater diversity in law and fundraises for various Access to Justice charities.
