Susan Bright

Susan Bright is the UK Managing Partner and Global Managing Partner for Diversity & Inclusion and Responsible Business at Hogan Lovells.

Susan is passionate about client service, innovation, diversity & inclusion and responsible business. She leads the firm’s Brexit taskforce.  Under her leadership, the firm has been recognised as one of the top 10 most innovative law firms in Europe for five consecutive years.  She is a champion for diversity & inclusion, including the promotion of women through sponsorship, embedding agile working and fair allocation of work.  She also leads a project to retain and promote our BAME talent, introduced an innovative “Respect” programme to embed a culture free from bullying and harassment and leads our work on physical and mental wellbeing.

She is currently leading Hogan Lovells through the COVID-19 crisis, with almost our entire UK practice working from home, and is keen to take the learnings into our thinking about the workplaces of the future.

Reena SenGupta

Reena founded RSG Consulting in 2001 to provide research and consultancy to law firms and in-house counsel. With over 20 years experience of business and the City, she is known as one of the leading analysts of the legal profession. As editor and publishing director of Chambers & Partners Publishing in the mid-nineties, she devised the research methodology behind the Chambers’ guides to the legal profession and launched the first Chambers Student and Chambers Global guides.

In 2005, she came up with the idea of ranking lawyers on innovation, which has become the FT Innovative Lawyers reports and awards. She is a long-time contributor to the Financial Times and helped to establish the paper’s Law & Business page in 2001. Reena has experience of both big and small businesses and spent the early nineties working in investment banking in London and rescuing a family business out of recession. A journalist and entrepreneur, Reena is responsible for coming up with the ideas for a number of ground-breaking projects for both clients and RSG Consulting. Among these are the RSG India Report, the 21st Century series of reports for Eversheds and the Innovative GC Club. A regular public speaker on innovation and the legal profession, she is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Elements coaching programme and was a finalist in the Asian Women of Achievement Awards in 2009.

In January 2020 Reena became the Executive Director at the Digital Legal Exchange (DLEX), a non-profit, global learning institute committed to accelerating digital transformation in corporate legal departments. Ms SenGupta has experience of both big and small businesses and spent the early nineties working in investment banking in London and rescuing a family-owned graphic design business out of recession. A journalist, entrepreneur and now senior consultant, Ms SenGupta is responsible for coming up with the ideas for a number of ground-breaking projects for both clients and RSG Consulting. Mark Cohen

Mark is a global thought leader and innovator in the legal industry. He is the CEO of Legal Mosaic (www.legalmosaic.com)a legal business consultancy; regular contributor to Forbes where he has a column on the global legal marketplace; and sought-after international speaker. He and Richard Susskind have teamed up on “The Uncertain Decade,” a series of live digital events on different legal industry topics. 

Mark serves as the Executive Chairman of the Digital Legal Exchange(DLEX), a global nonprofit learning/training institute, digital research and thought leadership repository, and community. DLEX is designed to accelerate digital transformation in the legal function and ensure the legal industry can keep pace with its corporate counterparts.

Mark was appointed by the Singapore Academy of Law(SAL) in 2018 to serve as its inaugural LIFTED “Catalyst-in-Residence” and concurrently serves as  the General Editor of the forthcoming LIFTED Global Partner white paper on future legal skills. He has been a Distinguished Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center and at Northwestern University Pritzker College of law and  presently teaches at Bucerius (Germany), IE Spain), and the College of Law (Australia). His Legal Mosaic blog was recognized by the American Bar Association as one of the 50 outstanding worldwide legal blogs in their inaugural “Web 100.” He also serves as an Intelligence Fellow for ALM.
