Anna has designed a central reporting platform for medical institutions such as university hospitals, that provides anuser-centered, fast and easy way to report any kind of critical incidents, i.e. data protection violation, staff overloads, needs for repair, corruption and many more. Above that, she adapts technological communication processes in companies according to the relevance of legal contents. She restructures flows of information to guarantee a target group specific communication, where less is always more.
