Bio
Helga is the Head of Operations at Flightright. Helga has been managing the biggest in-house team at Flightright since 2014. She studied law at the University of Szeged in Hungary and at the University of Salzburg. She also holds a Master of Laws from both the University of Szeged and the University of Potsdam.
Contributions to Legal Tech
As the Head of Operations at Flightright, Helga finds the right balance between data-driven automated processes and keeping personal contact with customers. She identifies the best solutions and adapts them to the real needs of her clients.
She enjoys the dynamics of the ever-changing legal environment and adapting Flightright’s products to new situations like Covid-19. Over the past ten years, Flightright enforced air passenger rights against airlines and successfully claimed € 300,000,000 by improving innovative LegalTech solutions.
Helga is proud of building a strong international team and establishing remote work culture before it became the new normal. By mentoring her young colleagues she is dedicated to empowering the next generation of Legal Tech Enthusiasts.
